Electroplating Lines

Electroplating Surface Treatments Lines:

- automatic electroplating line for rack and collective coppering, nickeling and chromium-plating (max. dimen. of goods 1200 x 300 x 350 mm)
- automatic electroplating line for rack and collective zinc coating (max. dimension of goods 1200 x 350 x 650 mm)

Automatic electroplating line for rack and collective zinc coating is equipped with a section for finishing operation after electro-zinc plating of small parts in a rotation basket. Equipment of the finishing section is based on usage of centrifugal technology, where the parts are treated in rotary (centrifugal) perforated baskets with a vertical rotation axis with a possibility of vertical axis tilting and rotation in both directions in order to optimize part surface wetting in bathes or rinse water and dripping of surplus bath or water from parts.
